Women change the world. Leadership also starts young. Last weekend we celebrated my youngest daughter's 12th birthday picking up trash at a local park with her friends. This was her wish for her birthday party - to help save the earth. While people are buying up all of the soap to prepare for the corona virus, these girls were focused on getting their hands dirty and making a difference.
