Calling all college women! We have an incredible, mind-blowing plan that we want YOU to help us with. Empower college women to lead through starting an Inner Rock Chapter at your university!
Why start a Chapter?
Leadership is so important for college women. Just ask our Owner and Founder (and University of Kansas alum!), Joni Swedlund:

Inner Rock Chapters are created to facilitate monthly spaces for girls to learn about leadership skills and support one another throughout their journeys. Inner Rock will send each chapter a monthly kit with information, ideas, questions, and much more to make your Chapter interactive and fun!
Did we mention... we'll also give member-FREE swag (yep, that's right!), discounts on all courses, and access to our Members Only Page, which we believe is better than any networking sites out there.

Furthermore, starting a chapter looks ahhh-mazing on your resumé! Your employers will see how incredible your leadership skills are and the dedication you have towards empowering women.
What does a Chapter do?

Hold monthly meetings

Discuss material and questions from our Monthly Kits to be delivered before each meeting

Support and encourage one another to step into leadership opportunities

Go to speaking events together (optional)

Engage in group coaching from Joni (optional)

Joni will do a guest speaker appearance at one of the meetings (optional)

As you establish your chapter and invite girls into this space, we will be with you every step of the way. From tips for recruiting girls, to making easy-to-read emails for your members, to even recommending fun ice-breakers, we got you. You can do this!
