Strong Women...Stronger World: College Women Leadership Retreat

Imagine leading every day of your life with purpose. Making decisions, even the hard ones, based on your core values and intuition. Feeling confident and heard no matter where you are or whom you’re with. Finding and expressing your creativity and understanding how to shift your energy to focus on what matters to you. The world needs more women leaders, and leadership starts with building strong girls from the inside out. 

An Enriching Program:  An interactive, immersive leadership experience for College Women to explore their inner leader, strengthen their intuition, develop greater self-awareness, and build trusted relationships. This is a 10-month program that includes a 6 ½ day retreat in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and virtual coaching, learning, and support throughout the school year. The program allows participants to practice their leadership skills and bring real world challenges and issues to the group for continued learning.  

Through outdoor activities, individual exercises, and fun and contemplative group work, girls will explore in parallel their inner leader and discover what matters to them at this point in their lives. Each participant will be challenged to grow and stretch their leadership skills to make their unique impact on the world. By the end of the program, participants will develop skills to step into their inner leader, make choices based on their core values, lead with purpose and confidence, and more effectively engage with others.

A Mesmorizing Retreat Location: The Bentwood Inn, Jackson Hole, Wyoming 

A member of National Geographic Unique Lodges of the World, a collection of selectively chosen sustainable lodges that provide guests with not only engaging eco-friendly experiences the Bentwood Inn is a 3-acre property with large, expansive decks for relaxing and socializing in warm weather. The majestic old growth Cottonwoods and pines with the backdrop of the Grand Tetons offers privacy and solitude.

Empowering Outdoor Activities:  The program includes incorporating lessons through outdoor activities that challenge our leadership and strength, physically and mentally.  Jackson Hole, Wyoming and the Teton Mountains provide an incredible landscape for these activities including white water rafting, horseback riding, hiking, yoga, meditation, and enjoying nature.  

Growing in Post Retreat Support: The retreat is just the beginning of your journey. We will offer a monthly video conference for 10 months post retreat for the girls. The sessions will be focused on dealing with real life application of leading from within. We will also establish on-going communication amongst the girls to continue supporting each other throughout the school year.  The girls will have unlimited access to program facilitators via text or email during the entire post-retreat period. 

Becoming Brand Ambassadors & Creating a Tribe:  With the launch of our Girls Leadership Retreat, each Girl will be afforded the opportunity to act as a Brand Ambassador following the completion of the retreat.  We are intentionally keeping our program to a limited number of girls for the initial launch. This is an exciting opportunity for our participants to lead.
